The exterior of this exceptional vacation home features a chic brick driveway, under-house parking, a private fenced swimming pool, an enclosed outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach. An elevator ensures easy access to all levels of the home, making your arrival and settling in at Southern Splendor a breeze.

The first floor is bathed in natural light, showcasing a spacious and airy common area. The living room, designed with a relaxed beach vibe, highlights shades of blue and yellow. It offers plenty of seating, a large television with streaming services only, and DVD options, a library, and direct access to a wraparound deck that presents unobstructed views of the sparkling Gulf waters. The first level also offers a half bath located behind the kitchen for convenience.

The dining area features a large table that comfortably seats ten guests, with four additional spots at the breakfast bar overlooking the well-equipped, newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen is adorned with white cabinetry and black granite countertops, along with a microwave, dishwasher and Keurig.

"Everything was as described and more. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of room in the common spaces. Perfect spot on the beach and the pool was great. Pictures were good but it’s definitely better in person. Would definitely stay again!
