Check-In & Check-Out
- What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in typically occurs between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM to allow our teams to prepare for the next guest.
- Do you offer early check-in? Early check-in is not available during the busy Spring Break and Summer seasons. For stays during other times of the year, please contact us to inquire about availability.
Pet Policies
- Are your vacation rentals pet-friendly? Many of our homes are! Look for the pet icon on our property listings. We generally allow a maximum of two pets per home unless the description states otherwise.
- What if I have more than two pets? Please check the specific property description or inquire with our office directly before booking.
Amenities & Beach Gear
- Does my rental include beach gear? The majority of our homes include beach gear as part of your stay. However, some exclusions apply; please check the specific property listing to confirm if it is included.
- What supplies are provided in the home? To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of paper products, soaps, and trash can liners. You may want to bring or purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
Island Rules & Golf Carts
- Can I bring or rent a golf cart? Golf carts are a fun way to see the island, but please be aware of two major restrictions:
- Golf carts are strictly prohibited inside the St. George Plantation.
- Golf carts cannot be driven on Gulf Center Drive.
- What should I know about Sea Turtle Season? Turtle nesting season runs from May 1st through October 31st. To protect our nesting sea turtles, guests are required to remove all beach gear, chairs, and umbrellas from the sand every evening. The beach is patrolled, and items left overnight may be removed.
